Total beginner? start here.
Build strength, awareness, and confidence while honouring pole's strip club roots. Foundations is where you learn how to move on the pole from the ground up.
You will build confidence by learning how to support your body using your hands and shoulders, and start combining simple movements into short sequences.
This is a repetition-based level. You will stay here until movement feels controlled, familiar, and steady.
You will learn to:spin safely on both sides of the pole
support your body weight using your grip and shoulders
stay oriented while rotating and moving around the pole

you feel steady moving on and around the pole
Pre-req: no experience needed. -
🌱 Seed (Level 2)

Seed is where you start connecting movements together.
You already understand basic pole movement, and now you learn how to combine spins, sits, and floorwork into short sequences. The focus is on moving continuously without stopping and building strength through repetition.

You will learn to:
link spins and movements into short combinations
move in and out of the pole without stopping

Skill integration.
Bloom is where everything starts to connect vertically and horizontally.

This is where movement becomes more continuous, expressive, and physically demanding.
You will learn to:
climb and move higher on the pole with control
prepare your body for inversion work safely and progressively
connect floorwork, spins, and pole movement into longer sequences
develop strength and control in high beginner - intermediate spins and tricks

Performance and power.

You work with advanced combinations, inversions, aerial transitions, and performance-driven choreography. Movement becomes faster, more complex, and more physically demanding, requiring strength, control, and endurance.
This level is about refining skill into performance and developing your personal movement style.
You will learn to:
move confidently upside down and in advanced positions on the pole
link complex sequences that combine spins, inversions, and transitions
control movement under fatigue and physical demand
